Our Firm has experience representing real estate developers in numerous development projects in the New York metropolitan area and throughout the New York region. Our experience includes site acquisition and control through options, ground leases, air rights and title transfers, preparation of reciprocal easement agreements and restrictive covenants, leasing of space to national and regional retailers and negotiating construction contracts and payment loan documentation.
Distressed Real Estate
