Founder

Mr. Siegel founded the Siegel Law Firm, P.C. 2007. The firm focuses on commercial litigation, real estate, and business transactions, and landlord-tenant issues. Mr. Siegel previously served as General Counsel and as a member of the executive committee of the Jack Parker Corporation overseeing a portfolio throughout the United States consisting of apartment buildings, office buildings, hotels (including the world-class Le Parker Meridien in Manhattan and the Parker Palm Springs in California), condominiums and cooperative apartments, as well as retail and industrial assets. As General Counsel, Mr. Siegel was responsible for overseeing all legal matters, strategic planning, and operations. Mr. Siegel’s 17 years with the Jack Parker Corporation gave him tremendous insight and hands-on experience with corporate, real estate, and business matters.

His 30 years of legal experience include acquisitions, financing, dispositions, brokerage, construction and new development, corporate, limited liability company, and partnership transactions and record keeping. He has also handled residential & commercial landlord and tenant matters, management contracts, and leasing, including ground lease and parking garage lease transactions.
Bradley Siegel, Esq. has drafted and negotiated leases involving the following landlords and tenants: CLK/HP, RXR, Columbia University, Toys R Us, HSBC, Aetna, Arcadia, Canon, Chubb, Wachovia, Bank of America, El-Ad, Starbucks, Staples, Central Parking, HSBC, Blues Clothing, Sloan’s Supermarket, Dagostino’s Supermarkets, Duane Reade, Loves Stores, Beth Israel Hospital, Hospital for Special Surgery, various medical, dental, accounting and law practices.

In addition, Mr. Siegel handles complex real estate litigation, zoning, tax certiorari, and employment and labor matters. He acted as the Owners’ representative and served on the Sustainable Urban Development Committee and residential management counsel for the Real Estate Board of New York (REBNY). He was a member of the American Hotel and Lodging General Counsel’s Committee and the Association of the Bar of the City of New York Land Use Committee.

Mr. Siegel is the founder of My Law Forum an interactive law forum for lawyers and others to exchange ideas and discuss legal issues.
