Our firm has over thirty (30) years of legal experience advising clients in a variety of legal matters. We have faced unique and complex challenges working with and representing sophisticated and talented CEOs, business owners, entrepreneurs, and other executives. This experience includes real estate, corporate law, litigation, employment, and finance.
We have experience representing owners and tenants regarding commercial, office, industrial and retail leases, acquisitions, financing, new development, condominiums, brokerage, construction, corporate counsel, the formation of businesses, corporations, limited liability companies, and partnerships.
In addition, we represent medical professionals and handle complex real estate litigation, employment matters, and trademarks.
We have experience as the former General Counsel and Corporate Counsel for a major NYC business and real estate owner for 17 years. Mr. Siegel worked on a real estate portfolio throughout the United States consisting of apartment buildings, office buildings, retail, hotels (including the world-class Parker Meridien Hotel in New York City and the Parker Palm Springs in California).
